As the President and Chief Executive Officer of 360 Group International, Bill Kirkpatrick offers more than two decades of Law Enforcement experience with the Beverly Hills Police Department. For the last 10 years of his career, Officer Kirkpatrick had the responsibility for coordinating the Police Department's needs for all special events for the City of Beverly Hills. Bill also created and implemented security / traffic plans for visiting dignitaries and heads of state as well as many high profile celebrity events and awards shows including the Golden Globes, the Emmy’s as well as Academy Awards events.
Bill Kirkpatrick has many years of experience working protection details for Corporate Executives including Forbes 100 Corporate Clients, A-list Celebrities, Military and Government Officials. He is a top level dedicated professional with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a comprehensive knowledge of Protection, Intelligence, Criminal Investigations and Threat Assessments.
Bill possesses a CCW and is authorized to carry a concealed firearm nationwide. Through inter-agency training, he has developed special expertise in tactical field operations and high risk threat assessments.
He is experienced in managing sensitive operations including the day-to-day activities for prominent public figures, A-list celebrities, and organizations. He directs a staff of threat assessment analysts, investigators, and experts trained at rapid response reaction. Bill routinely coordinates with the U.S. Secret Service, Military and Law Enforcement officials, as well as foreign government agencies that protect heads of state and other officials.
He has managed hundreds of protective details for the world’s most prominent public figures globally (film and television locations, domestic and international travel details, private estates, public appearances / events).
During his Law Enforcement career, Bill received numerous personal commendations and citations including “Officer of the Year” honors on two occasions from both the Beverly Hills Police Department and the Beverly Hills American Legion.

Michael Hines
Director of Investigations

As Director of Investigations for 360 Group, Michael Hines is responsible for the overall management of our licensed investigative services. He is personally involved in all cases, with an emphasis on timely thorough investigations and satisfied clients. His team of investigators is comprised of active and former law enforcement professionals, each with decades of service.
Michael has over 30 years of distinguished law enforcement experience as a police officer, investigator, sergeant and lieutenant with the Beverly Hills Police Department. His extensive training in various disciplines was received from many sources, including the FBI, Secret Service, US Department of Justice-DEA, Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, California Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement, California Highway Patrol, and the US Marine Corps. Prior to promotion he served on the Special Weapons Team and as a Defensive Tactics instructor. Michael was assigned to several protection details for Presidents Ronald Reagan through George W. Bush.
During Michael’s law enforcement career, he was often found in jurisdictions throughout Southern California working narcotics enforcement, tracking dangerous felons, seeking intelligence on organized crime, and consulting with allied agencies on Homeland Security and mutual aid projects. As a senior management representative, Michael authored several public safety grants, worked as a legislative liaison representing the City in Sacramento, consulted with foreign diplomatic officers, and handled serious Internal Affairs Investigations, when assigned to the Chief’s office. At various points in his career, Michael served as a negotiator for both the Officers’ Association and the Police Management Group.
Michael has received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Michael is a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI) and the National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS). As an honorably retired member of law enforcement, Michael holds a concealed weapon authorization and the 50 state HR-218 certificate.

Ryan Lathrop brings a variety of operational experience to 360 Group International. Ryan served our country as a United States Marine and utilized that knowledge and experience as a Private Military Contractor in hostile territories. Ryan’s versatility and extensive training is a great asset for planning and implementing security operations worldwide.
Ryan Lathrop spent years in the United States Marine Corps Infantry specializing in Amphibious Operations. Ryan earned an exceptional reputation for invaluable leadership during desert operations in South West Asia receiving advanced training and participating in operations including:

Tony Blades

Formerly with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Mr. Blades was an Investigative Specialist participating in surveillance and discovery activities. While with the FBI he attained the position of Supervisor of Communication where he supervised a staff dedicated to development and logging of time and destination schedules for fellow agents on the location of targeted subjects.
He has over twenty years of experience providing security and managerial services, both locally and worldwide. Mr. Blades has worked with A-list clientele in the entertainment community as well as corporate executives.
Services include managing A-list artists and supporting cast members; coordinating concert tours and special events. Tony has prepared and implemented security plans for many of our large scale events. He has been the Director of Security for major tours and events throughout the world.
He has also worked as Traffic Captain/Security for Public Relations events at the BET Awards and celebrations, Executive Liaison for the Silver Dollar Football Classic held in Los Angeles, CA. and most recently the Security Liaison for the American Black Film Festival in Los Angeles, CA.
Tony has traveled extensively throughout the world with A-list celebrities and Executives. Places visited include Mexico, South Africa, Europe, and Australia.
Tony has excellent interpersonal skills and takes great pride on the work that he carries out, making him and asset to any client and their team, whether in the United States or traveling internationally.
John Hugall

Internationally renowned protection specialist, consultant, trainer and provider of VIP protection & anti-terrorist tactics. There are few consultants available with his high level of both operational and training experience. John has worked with members of international royal families, diplomats, senior military officers, celebrities and high net worth individuals throughout the world. Personnel trained by him include Dubai Police (Royalty Protection Team). John is the senior consultant for 360 Group’s European and Middle East operations and training.
He has over 16 years of military and security related experience. He served with the British Army in the area of specialist reconnaissance and surveillance. After an exemplary career he began providing security services to high profile individuals, corporations, media and government agencies in 1997. During his commercial career he provided extensive executive protection services to individuals and organizations operating in high risk locations.
He has also instructed on many executive protection courses for both private and government clients. He has been deeply involved in delivering the standards required for private sector licensing in the UK as a senior national instructor for the standards setting body SITO (Security Industry Training Organization). John is also a recognized conflict management instructor and a member of the Institute of Conflict Management.
John has a vast amount of experience designing and delivering bespoke accredited training to private sector and government clients globally and has consulted extensively in this field. He has carried out security risk assessments for clients operating in high risk areas worldwide and delivered ongoing assessment and support to their operations including the United Nations in Baghdad. He is also retained as the Technical Director for the Middle East Police & Law Enforcement Exhibition & Conference in Dubai under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai.
